Ashram Style

At the ashram, style is everything. Being a man, do not shave. The more facial hair the better. Wear your pride with a full head of hair, or simply go bold. As a woman, do not shave either. Who needs smooth legs when celibacy is key? Cover the head with either a bandana, a tuque,or both. Wear your mala (prayer-beads) around your neck. Great to play with and look devout, at times of actual boredom. Regardless of the temperature, wear thermo underwear. It makes for great outerwear, and you can wear all your summer dresses and skirts in the snow. Wear clothes that have holes in them, that are too big or too small, or that you borrowed and forgot to return. Paint- or unidentifiable stains are a bonus. Wear clean clothes to satsang though. Finish your look with snowboots. Great for walking into the lake while your feet stay warm & dry. Enjoy your Yasodhara winter...

  1. Doet me denken aan wat Dolly Parton ooit over zichzelf zei: "It takes a lot of money to look this cheap."
